Incorrect Order Delivered - No Feedback
I recently ordered a few items online. The parcel I received was not what I ordered so I logged an enquiry with the call centre. To date I have received no feedback as to when this will be rectified and the correct items delivered.

13 Mar 2018, 06:41Today it is exactly 4 weeks since I placed the order and still nothing, this after I received a call last week stating that my items will be delivered. Can I actually still expect the items or should I just ask for a refund?

23 Mar 2018, 10:41It's now been 5 and a half weeks and I still do not have my products!!! Every single call I make to the customer call centre simply ends by saying that someone will contact me. In the odd occasion that I do get a phone call, I am constantly reassured that my items will be dispatched. Needless to say this didn't happen.
Can I get someone to prioritize this and ensure it gets resolved?!? This is absolutely pathetic service!!!

28 Mar 2018, 08:266 and a half weeks and still nothing. Why is no one looking into this with priority? I've been phoning daily and still get the same response that someone will phone me. I had one phone call in the last week and again no feedback after that.
