Incorrect Knowledge

I just purchased a perfume for my mother and a very kind lady helped me and asked me if I'd like to purchase anything else for a 20% discount. I kindly said no and told her I am vegan and most products in this store are tested on animals. She said that they are not and that your Red Square stores are cruelty free. Please would you train your staff to not lie about very important things like this. I am so offended and hurt. I wish I didn't support your store but I was doing a favour for my mother's boyfriend to surprise her for Christmas.
