incorrect information from store manager

hi , i called *** earlier wanting a reprint of my receipt for purchases i made on sunday , the store manager called sonny said the branhces do not keep duplicate slips as everything is electronical , she said i must call head office which i did only to be told that i need to get it from the store where i purchased the stuff which is wonderboom junction . now why are you having someone who is lady to get someone to give me a reprint to be your store manager ? someone who boldly gives customers incorrect information as a store manager . she promised to call me back and she hasnt called me back , when i call she puts on hold and speak to some Refiloe there at the branch , what happened to telephone manners ?
