Incorrect information

I send an email on the 17-06-2015 asking how much must the amount is that I still owe on my over spend credit that I was provided without me knowing, she advised that I need to pay R376.00 however I made a payment of R362.00 balance is R14.00. My receipt shows that I still need to pay R-62.42. if I calculate R376.00+R62.42=R438.42 there is an amount of R48.24 that I don't know how Edgar's got, where did the other money come from. Edgar's is giving customer's incorrect information or even at time no information at all. This is not the first time I'm dealing with Edgar's regarding this the last time as well no one came back to me after asking for information.
