Incorrect info on system

I have been struggling to sort out this account since November. I knew all my accounts was clean with no outstanding amounts. I checked at CNA and ask the cashier to print me a statement of my balance where it showed R486. I emailed edcon account and told them in Aug 2015 i paid all my accounts - nothing outstanding. The lady sent me a letter stating i have no outstanding balance on my account. I forward the letter to edcon account. Obviously to another email address so they can fix on their side. Last week I went to Alberton City's Edgars Customer Offices and asked the lady to check on her system because it stil shows outstanding but the other lady send me a letter stating my account is clear. She checked on her system and there my balance was R0. She then called customer service and the lady said the account shows closed. I emailed the letter again to their accounts and asked for them to close the account. I have not heard anything from them stating my account is closed!
