Incorrect billing!!

Because of Edgars, my husband can't apply for a loan!! He paid his account in full, and edgars charged R60 for nothing, he paid that too!! Useless when it comes to customer service!!! No problem to click 1 button, to red flag him, for R60!! But when it comes to sorting out the problem, then they just say sorry...
