Incorrect Billing
<p>To my utter shock I am told my edgars account has been handed over to attorneys in September 2014, thankgoodness I keep records and I have my last statement In august 2014 stating my account is in credit of R 50.64.</p> <p>September 2014 Really? Till now one has contacted me to say anything only today when I call to enquire if my account is still active I am told my account has been handed over September 2014.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly rectify this ASAP</p>

Edgars new ownership as advertised is disgusting, till now no one has responded to me or my query.
I called the accounts department they tell me my account has been handed over, then the lasdy says no there is a nill balance you do not owe us anything and neither do we owe you anything, Hello I was in a credit of R50.64, what happened to it?
