Incorrect amount on my statement

There has been an amount every month put on my statement. Didnt realise it until I decided to see my statement.. Which I never use to. When I called Ed on they said its for airtime. I never authorised it and I am on a contract why would I need airtime..

I have logged a call in March and still no response. Just wanted them to reverse that amount on my statement. I have emailed a few days ago. Still no response. Also called the call centre the rude women says call RCI. When I call the RCI the phone cuts off.

Edcon is useless and that's why they have so much financial problems.
