Incompitency at work

We stood in the queue for 30-40 minutes with only two cashiers helping us. There were two specific cashier ladies who were very rude gossiping and laughing at a customer who purchased shoes that she thought were still on sale, but were not, so that customer had to cancel. They made fun of her after she left while we were patiently waiting in the queue. The service was just awful honestly. It made me think that this is what they do daily, couldn't they laugh about it after work. When Mbali helped me she further said, it smells like chicken here and then I told her I'm the one carry the chicken. Then commented in her language saying she felt hungry all of a sudden.
