I and my wife received a SMS from Edgars that if we pay our accounts at Checkers/Shoprite, PnP or Game between 24 April 2020 and the 5 May 2020 we will each receive an R25.00 voucher from Shoprite Checkers. I made payment on the 27 April 2020 at Checkers. we did not receive any vouchers. I called the customer line today and do not know why I did not receive the voucher and I requested that a manager call me. Up to now no one has called me. on the 29 February 2020 I had 37,342 Thank U points and on 31 March 2020 my statement reflected that I have no Thank U points. I called them and spoke to someone and hung on the line for 20 minutes and when she could still not answer me I requested to speak to the manager she dropped the call.
