*********** Staff and not helpful

I logged a complaint on the 5 May regarding the incompetence of the staff at the Customer service. Sibongile Khumalo contacted me the same day and informed me that the matter has been rectified. I have now received my monthly statement and my U count points have not been credited to my account. I have not received my R25.00 voucher either. So promises have been made and not been honored. Today I called the Customer service and they informed me that the matter must be dealt with by Sibongile even I requested to speak to the manager.
