I'm so disappointed I'm at store now to buy a new phone only to find that there's no one who is working at phone station, I had to go all over the store to look for help only to be told that I should go n look for a lady by the name Mamosa she is wearing a white T/shirt was nowhere to be found the securities had to go and look for her at the back.. please train your staff to leave someone behind at their stations and help the customers to look for the person not the other way around
