I purchased 3 pairs of shoes on saturday.,only to find out all of them did not fit my son.i went back to return them on Monday,as I couldn't find the size I asked one of the staff to how do you see the sizes,as I couldn't see the size on the shoes,she rudely answered me by saying they should be written somewhere. Just after her a security guard came and told me that she didn't know I was there to do shopping spree she thought I only went there to pick up something when I tried to explain to her I was looking for a shoe size she rudely answered me that I can't find it it's obviously it's not there. I decided to leave the second floor and go to the ground floor where I mistakenly left the pair of shoes I went to exchanged i went to the store again to explained on Wednesday that I left my shoes there..the manager asked where I have left the shoes as she was going to search using their footage,i told her there could be two spots near the cashiers or In the basket where they had those type of shoes..she promised to look the footage..ibwent to the cashiers side before I left the shop.only to find the pair of sandals still where I left thm.i cm bck l8 cmra shw nothng.and thy cnt assist.
