been a client with Edgars for 35 years +.....everytime my wife purchases on the account,they seem to get their asses into a twist and block the account.they call me to confirm purchases,which I say is ok. they say the will then unblock the account, WHICH THEY DO NOT DO, and i have a royal run around , due to their incompetence, trying to unblock the account. I have sent them two mails already,asking for someone to contact me...NO RESPONSE!!! we have given them ID docs, done the rica fica ****, consistently told them that my wife, who is the main spender on the account, giving them a fair amount of business, should be able to buy, but NO, they have to stuff us around. i understand they are trying to protect themselves against ********** activities on customers accounts, but everytime my wife makes a purchase, they now block my account....ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
