*********** Debt collectors

After months of paying my handed over accounts through their debt collectors via a debit order , In the end of May I WENT and checked at one of the stores what my balance was ? and my account balance was on R0.00 , Stupid of me the slip they printed a slip which I LOST .IMMEDIATELY I Called debt collectors for settlement letter which was never emailed to me , Month later they were continuing with debit orders which I REJECTED them , I WAS told by the lawyers that balance which was given was Edgars was wrong which baffled me, PLEASE can someone sort this out
