Edgars Southgate Mall so ***********, I went to complete the dispute form at the store last week Wednesday due to ***** on the account, until this day the ***** department hasn't received the dispute form and required documents I submitted at the Southgate store, how can it take 7days for the store to send the dispute to ***** department, instead the lady by name of Nkele contacted me last week and assured me that the ***** department will get form Friday last week, but till today ***** department has not received the forms. So must happen then?? ?
