*********** and lack of skills is what will bring this once good store into further disrepute. I settled my account in full in August 2020. I emailed them the day it was settled to close this account and to provide me with a paid up letter. A clear and simple instruction. Guess what happens !!!! These dimwitted people (after I asked them to close my account) provide me with a letter only for me to find out that after its closed they put my account in arrears for November and December 2020 after it was closed and settled in full in August 2020. My dog would understand and apply herself better . Catch a wake up Edgar's!!!!
