I bought Dune shoes at Edgars in Eastgate (I went that far because that was the only Edgars that had the size for the shoe that I wanted)and when I fitted them at home, unfortunately the shoes did not fit me well because it was a small cut. I took them back to Mall of Africa because that was closer as I stay in Midrand.When my partner got there, he was advised that they could not take the shoes back as they were dirty underneath. When I got those shoes they were already dirty underneath, so was I supposed to put socks underneath the shoes so that they wouldn't get even more dirty?I am extremely appalled by the service that I received from the consultants and the Manager at Mall of Africa, if they cannot assist customers then they should just close their shop or get jobs somewhere else. To think that I have been a loyal customer for years now and this is the service that I receive.Dissapointing to say the least.
