INCOMPETENCE

I have been a loyal customer for over 40 years! I haven't been to Edgars in ages because I find the stores (all over) a shambles regarding sizing/hangers. I once found a 2-3 yrs garment on 7-8 yrs!! Yesterday I went to Clear Water Mall to buy shorts for my husband. One gentleman to assist - nobody else in sight. The shorts were all stretched to the hilt on the hangers to the extent that my husband took one look and refused to even try them on. On a closer inspection this morning I checked the tag which read XX2 against the label which read ***3!!! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE??? I now have to go back wasting my time. Who exactly is supervising the clothing at Edgars?
