INCOMPETENCE AT IT BEST!

I had the worst experience at Edgars mall @ reds. Got to see the most *********** of staff that even refused to listen to the manager.

I went in to return an online order. The teller BOITUMELO asks me for a slip which Edgars never issues with an online order. Infact even the security guard knew that. I tell BOITUMELO that online orders don't come with a slip, she looks at me like I'm crazy and asks me how must she know I bought it there. I told her if she maybe took out the item she would see the Edgars tag after which SHE CLICKED HER TONGUE AT ME!

Then a JOHANNES comes to the till and asks me how I am of which my response was 'not good' he then gets defensive after I'm explaining the situation and starts screaming at me ... the damn nerve of him.

However, through this HORRIFIC experience I was efficiently assisted by a Mr William. It was sad to see staff not listen to their superior. BOITUMELO went on to help ppl at another till even after William asked her to complete the refund.

PEOPLE OF SUCH CALIBRE SHOULD NOT BE BEHIND A CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK!
