Incapability

Been out of my cell no for 4 months now, as jet and rmcs could not help with 1st puk, then it got blocked now they are unable to do SIM swap now for 2 months, should i just accept that i should move on, you are unable to do SIM swaps and i will never get my numbers back that i have been using for more than 10 year?been running/sent pillar to post until now
