Impossible to get Edgars Account closed

I have being trying to close my Edgars account since September 2020. Numerous visits to the store and phone calls and yet I cant seems to get my account closed. Pathetic service. I have settled my account, done all the paper work but to no avail. At the end of the month they charge club fees again (even though I have cancelled that as well numerous times) and then I they cant close the account since I "owe" them money again. Then the hole process starts all over again. Can ANYBODY please help me and guide me how I can get my account permanently Closed?
