IMPOSSIBLE TO CLOSE YOUR EDGARS ACCOUNT

It is virtually impossible to close your account with Edgars. End March I phoned RCS who confirmed that my balance was 0 and that they will close my account. A week ago I received a statement with an active balance, clearly they are going to keep charging me interest on a 0 balance. They DO NOT answer their calls nor do they respond to emails. I've tried messaging Edgars on FB only to get a pathetic response that they are sorry to hear of my inconvenience and that I should contact RCS as they are responsible for accounts. HOW THE HELL CAN ANYONE CLOSE THEIR EDGARS ACCOUNT?????
