Impossible to close my Edgar's account

How do one close your Edgar's account, first attempt they advised I can't close my account due to Edgar's rewards I first need to use before I can close my account, after a few months on my second attempt they advised due to me not using the same cellphone number anymore I can't, please can someone contact me
