Impossible to close an Edgars account
I will be leaving the country soon and I am trying in vain to cancel my Edgars account. I have been in the store itself twice and they keep telling me to cancel via a customer care line. After going through all the options given I get told to hang on. I wait for over an hour every time before I finally put the phone down. I have tried this on multiple occasions. How do you close an Edgars account? It seems to be impossible.
