Impossible to close an Edgars Account

Pathetic after sales service, I have been trying to cancel my Edgars account for over 6 months, when i called the call center i was advised to visit a branch to settle and close my account.

I have paid the settlement in full, then called call center back and confirmed account has been closed. Now i get calls from the collections department asking me to make a payment.

Please get back to me as i will not be making this payment, get competent staff and stop robbing people, i have been a loyal client and have always made my payments.

NB*i have emails from RCS Group (cancellation of edgars value added servie and edgars club.
