Im very disappointed

I bought a blackberry z10 which was R2500 last year July, it had a problem in November, took it back for a warranty assessment.<br> I was told to wait 4-6 weeks, I never got any feedback on it up until I went to the store and I was told its not back and that means I will get a new one, they said they will call the following day they never did, they called after 2 days and told me I should come in and choose another phone because z10's are discontinued, I told them I don't want another phone since they don't have z10's anymore, I want a refund. They refused and kept on telling me to take another PHONE, why should I take another phone I don't like? don't I have rights as a customer? They told me to take a blackberry z3, told them I will think about it. yesterday I went there to \take"the z3 but I was told to pay a difference of R300. why should I pay that amount?? Its not my fault that z10's are discontinued. WHY should I fork out money I did not plan for? its not fair on me. I'm so DISAPOINTED in the way they are treating me because I have been very patient with them."""

Hello ONATi,

Thank your for raising your concerns with us. As per our telephonic discussion please note we have liaised with the cellular manager and he clarified the fact that the store cannot give you a credit in a form of a refund as the cell phone was outside of the 7 day guarantee. The store manager will go out of his way to source the Z10 for you as you state you want it and not the Z3. If the phone cannot be sourced, then you will need to choose the phone with the same value as the store will not be able to credit you in a form of cash. The store will be in contact with you shortly.

Your reference number is as follows: ***/GO
