I'm disappointed with edgas

I bought a phone last year then my phone has a problem i took it to Edgas in Canal Walk i was assist by the lady but i did not get the name she asked for a slip and everything i showed her she said the phone is gonna be booked in for repairs i did not have a promblem about that but she said she can't assist me because she is not working there someone is working there is on lunch he gonna be back 5oclock so she took my details she said she gonna phone me when he arrived but i'm still waiting for the call and i'm stucked with the phone that is not working
