******* to harass a client that's made an PTP

Now you've gone too far. I have sent emails to 3 different accounts ladies, one even responded saying she would make a note, but yet you are STILL sending me threatening SMS and telling me to call. I have a written PTP in place! It is ******* according to the CPA to harass a client that had made WRITTEN ppt to an accounts department. If you staff are too lazy to look at the system and pick up on this, then maybe you should get new competent staff in to do the job and not harass your client base unnecessarily
