I am writing this email for my 80-year-old mom. She was never informed that RCS took over from Edgars. When we bought items it was on Edgar's terms and conditions, not RCS. My mom pays R500 a month and only R100 comes off the amount. Please help. All the attached slips are proof of this. I have included an excel spreadsheet to prove my point. We have tried to close the account as have many other people but cannot. I find this unacceptable and *******. All the statements are available.
