******* billing from Edgars

I settled my Edgars account and paid them all their money, 2months later I have a balance of 46, (They charging me R23 a month) for a zero balance? What ******* is this? I went to their shop in Fourways Mall to close my account and they said they have to call their call centre and I was waiting for over an hour for nothing! They telling me they can't close my account they have to do it through their call centre which they don't even answer. They said they will call the manager I waited another hour for the manager who did not even show up, I left without getting assistance. This service is absolutely uphauling and I am not going to pay that R46. as I settled the account, for the fact that they drag their feet when they are confronted with the situation shows that they are greedy corporate ********* that only want to take peoples money and never take responsibility for the people that want to close their accounts. Edgars must stop billing me as I don't owe them anything!
