******* Billing Good morning, I hope that I can be assisted in sorting out a problem on my account. After I've sent several e-mails to try to resolve the problem, one e-mail was eventually answered, however, the problem is still not fixed. We are going for a bout 6 months now.

I have been charged some data fee which I never app**** for or agreed to, on my account for a few months. Then after one of the many e-mails where answered, I was no longer charged this data fee, but I was still not credited for all the months I've paid for it. Now I get my new statement, and now there is another charge, this time for "SMS Air Sub..."

Please can you now finally take this off of my account and update my account, please credit my account for all the months I've paid for stuff I've never wanted and also never received. This will be my final plead for assistance. If this can'tr be fixed, I have now choice but to take it further, legally.
