<p>I decided that I won't let this stupid attitude go to waste, &nbsp;that is why I have to report Josephine that works for MAC at Edgars Church Street. &nbsp;On the 28th April 2016, I went to Edgars to get myself a MAC compact powder but unfortunately painting nails on that day was very important than a customer for Josephine. When I got to the counter, &nbsp;Josephine was busy painting her nails and when I said to her that I don't know my colour and she must please help me, she seemed surprised and irritated, &nbsp;her lips were even moving and I couldn't even hear what she was saying. &nbsp;I ended up saying that it's obvious that she doesn't want to help me and I had to go and try another make up that I didn't budget for.&nbsp;</p> <p>What a shame for MAC, &nbsp;thinking that their consultants are going all the way to impress their customers not knowing that the consultants nails come first.&nbsp;</p>
