Identity theft matter not resolved!!!

Kindly assist. VVM and Egdars has unfairly listed me and now I cannot get a homeloan. In March 2019 I was l contacted about account that was in arrears in my name. I explained that I did not open an Edgars account and never bought clothes using that account/card as I know nothing about it. I emailed the SAPS affidavit that indicated what I lost at the time when I was ****** in Pretoria near Mamelodi on 24 Oct 2018. I also wrote another affidavit stating that I never opened an account at Edgars. I have made million phone calls explaining and providing affidavits about this. Now 2years later I am unable to get a homeloan because the matter was not resolved. When I call Edgars they say the account is with VVM.
