I went to renew my lost account card at Edgars Brooklyn Mall Branch in Pretoria

I went to renew my lost account card at Edgars Brooklyn Mall Branch in Pretoria. The staff were very unhelpful especially Sam who seems to be the manager. He was very rude even to the point of alleging my ID looks fak. Very disappointing service! One of the ladies went to bathroom while serving me and had to wait for over 20 minutes with no replacement staff. They are always chit chatting
