I want my phone no later than Friday or my cash

I bought a phone at Jet the glen mall on the 23 October 2015, on the 29 October 2015 the phone was not working ,touch and camera then i took my phone back on the 30 October to Jet ,Memory from Jet said to me its over 7 days they cant give me a new phone i must take it to Edgar's for repairs. I was instructed that ill receive my phone within 3 to 6 weeks, since then i never receive my phone ,i call Edgar's last week Friday (spoke to Thato) she promise to call back she never do so. I call on 07/12/2015 (spoke to Mogomotsi ) even him he never give me a valid reason .now i had to go for Holidays and i don't have phone now i want my phone or my money not later than Friday 11/12/2015. Their service its very bad because i have to call every day ,its over 6 weeks i cant wait longer now without being informed or refunded. i need my phone i don't have money to buy a new phone
