I want my name cleared since I have settled the account.

I have settled my account on the 9th March 2021, I have been calling edgars and (Daly) the agent that my account was handed over to regarding the paid up letter even today I have not received anything whenever I call I'm told that I have to wait 5 to 7 weeks. I have been waiting for over 3 months and I need my name cleared as this is badly affecting my credit acore.
