I want my money from Edgar's Carnival mall

On the 31 March 2023 at 12:19 I went to Edgar's Carnival mall. Looking at my size heels shoes .because I couldn't find my size at springs mall they refer me to carnival mall.. I bought that size 8 shoes because on the 1st of April we had the function at work . I didn't fit the 👠 hoping it will be my size..in the morning on the 1st while still preparing my self I tried this shoe it doesn't wanna fit in..i took other plan b shoe for incase it doesn't fit in..on the venue I tried to fit in on the parking lot I was with my colleague it didn't. It was a righten shoe only that I tried to fit in..today on the 10th of April I'm here at carnival mall tried to exchange this pear was told by the cashier that I can't because the only right shoe is not looking good. She further said she will ask her department manager by the name of Bongani .he came with the attitude saying unfortunately he won't exchange them. The worry is it's only that 1shoe that I was struggling to fit in the other one it's ok nice . Bongane went to Florah who they say is the store manager..without coming to me as the customer and explain to me flora, Bongane came back with the answer saying Flora said she won't take them..I'm stuck with this heels they don't fit me it's a small cut size at Edgar's what can I do with this shoes .coz the cashier that was assisting me with the afro pondo hairs style was next to Palesa cashier. I forgot the chubby dark afro pond girl was just rude to me in front of Bongane. I didn't wanna entertain the chubby afro girl cashier next to Palesa. I want my money back .I work so hard for my money ..so angry 😡 at the staff from carnival edgars Bongane, Afro pondo hair style thar was next to Palesa..she was gossiping about me to her collegue..she needs to learn being professional infront of the client same applies to Flora store manager..learn to engage with your customers in your shop don't just send Bongane the feedback without hearing my side of story..I want my money
