I Want My Money

On the 18th of October I went to buy something at Edgars Pavilion which was worth R989,00 the transaction was not successful because their system was offline the money went off from my bank and then it was reversed… then Monday the 20th they took the money again from my account went to the on Tuesday the 21st to report the issue gave them all the necessary information and documents they needed but still the money was not sent back to me no communication even after I sent them an email, had to go back to the store again on Thursday the 30th the store assistant made a phone call and spoke to Dashnee Naicker from the head office who refused to speak to me and said I would get my money within 3 working days but still I have not received my money and nobody has said anything to me…..If tables were turned and I was the one who stole from them I would be behind bars or going up down attending courts, EDGARS I WANT MY MONEY BACK….
