I vow to NEVER EVER buy from EDGARS ever aga

I purchased 4 shirts from TM Lewin. Unfortunately they didn't fit when i tried them on at home. Yes i tried them on in the store however they didn't have my size to try on in store so i bought the shirts on the recommendation of Mrs. Milner (the american lady at rosebank mall). I tried to exchange the shirts at rosebank first to no avail because the shirts were not in there packaging. I then went to Edgars sandton city and was assited by a Lindewe at credit centre. She was the rudest most *********** person I've ever come across. I then spoke to the brand manager by the name of Lucky who told me i need to go back rosebank... so here i am stuck with 4 shirts that i cant wear to the value of R2500. All i wanted to do was get the right size but thats just too much to ask for. Ive exchanged items before at Woolworths with no problem. Maybe edgars wouldn't be bankrupt if they follow the example of a profitable organisation who VALUES their customers. Oh and one last point that rude woman lindewe actually told me that if i want to go buy somewhere else i should just do it. I WILL NEVER BUY A THING FROM EDGARS EVER AGAIN and i advise everyone to do the same i absolutely detest that store
