I've been waiting 5 months for a reply
Dear Edgars<br> <br> I have posted on this site about 5 times now with regards to the matter of a pair of shoes I had purchased and the last time I did (2 months ago) I was told that the staff at your customer care department was working on it. As I had originally posted a query about this back in April I decided to wait and see if there would be an actual response and there has been none. In a total of 5 months you *********** *****s that call yourselves a customer care department cannot complete a simple task. Honestly are you seriously this stupid or are just ignoring me for some unknown reason that baffles me. Please do not post an apology as I do not accept it, I've waited \FIVE!"damn months and in that time I was quite forgiving as I can understand how busy ones job can become"
