I took a new card at Edgars and they promised me a R1000 voucher on my purchase

I took a new card at Edgars and they promised me a R1000 voucher on my purchase. I activated the card and did the first purchase. But now the story is changing I need to do 2 purchases to claim the voucher. What is quite disappointing is that I haven’t received the voucher despite the purchase. I’m being sent from pillar to post. I want Edgars management to sort out the issue ASAP and make sure that the voucher is credited into my account.
