I phone everyday, but still no one can assist

I have been phoning this call centre everyday and still no one can assist. All i want is someone to send me the arrangement letter stating that i made an arrangement to pay my account. But i get sent up and down between two departments and no one can assist. No one can even give me information on my account. This is such a disgusting service.

Thank you for raising your concerns with us. Please be advised the collections department does not offer arrangement letters. The only letters that are sent are settlement letters and paid up letters. We apologise for the overall experience.
