I need to know Why!!!!! Disgusted!

<p>I have been getting these disgusting calls from Edgars so they call themselves Legal department. I paid off the Edgars account in September last year. I have been getting electronic invoices since December that I owe them. As much as I thought that I paid them off, I thought it has been mistakes. Until I got these calls made by disrespecting people that told me that because they are calling me then I will pay for their telephone bills even though I never asked them to call me. I have asked to each and everyone of them to send me the statements as to see what I took from Edgars that sums up to R300.00 max. None of them reaches to a point where they atleast explain that to me. But the bottom line says I owe them. I am extremely disgusted by the way they handle this, Its not like I can not pay R300.00 BUT I just want to know what it is for. ThEY CALL ME ANY TIME THEY WANT TO. They are so arrogant</p> <p>Can Edgars really look into this because we do not want to be ********** due to being threatened by the word Legal Department.</p> <p>I want to know why I am being treated like this. Even when I am in the office with other people I am being called and told off sometimes they just hang up</p>
