I just want my statement EMAILED to me!!!
Dec 2014 I went to edgars north gate, I asked if I could have my statements emailed to me. A consultant gave me a phone spoke to a call centre agent who told me i was going to receive my statement from jan 2015, Jan came and i received nothing,feb came, I went back to Cosmo edgars I spoke to another consultant, he said I will get my statements, months passed I went back to Northgate, I was put on the phone again!!! The lady assured me I was gonna receive my statements, today still haven't received NOTHING!! Service failure i'm totally not happy with EDGARS for 2 years I don't know whats happening on my account yet they expect my money!! Is it that difficult really!!!! Maybe I should just close my account!!!!'
