I have been list on ITC by Edgars

I logged an application for a bond and was advised that I have an adverse listing from Edgars on my name. <br> <br> I went into the Durban West street branch and they advised me that there is no account listed under my id number. they also advised the I should contact the call centre. <br> <br> I called the call centre three time before being assisted, there was a consultant named Dudu that advised me I was handed over to an attorney firm and I should call them, I did that and they advised me I am not listed with they and I should call the call centre. <br> <br> So I called the call centre again and the consultant Gugu placed me on hold for 45minutes, I eventually cut the call. <br> <br> I do not have an account with Edgars, the consultants at the branch and call centre canfirmed it I have the recordings of the conversations. All I need from Edgars is a letter stating I do not have an account with them, I am 31weeks pregnant and the approval of my bond application depends on this letter.<br>
