I have been approaching these companies for paid up letter.

I can't find help from these companies Edgars promised to send my paid up letter within 48 hours since I paid them off in March this year I have been going to their branch cannot be assisted. Capfin they sent me a settlement letter in January this year and I settled their loan but still they listed me on ITC. Wonga they also sent me an settlement letter this month 22 October 2017, I then settled them on the 25th of October 2017 but still they haven't removed my name. INTEC College I've registered with them March 2016, and decided to cancel my registration with them in April 2016 without me having to receive any study material with then. They said my cancellation was unsuccessful so I must appeal I did that they responded that I my pay 80% of my study fees. I queried that, by re-writing another appeal since then they haven't assisted me and they listed me on ITC.
