I have a slip but refuse a refund
I bought a dress on Saturday, It was small I decided to exchange it on Sunday...It was small again so i decided to get a refund today and i was told they cant give me my money back...forcing me to take a gift voucher I want my money back not a voucher
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention .Please be advised that as long as you have the receipt the store should give a refund based on the tender type used when purchasing from us .Kindly speak to the store manager who will assist you as we have tried calling you to no avail.***/GO
