i have a dental insurance with them and i haven't even received any documents related to the policy
i activated the dental insurance on my Edgars account probably 7 month ago and still today i haven't even received the related documents. i even try to cancel it but it still appear on my statement.

Can you please advice as to when am i going to receive the documents. i wont be paying for something that i don't know how to use, it's been months now and still nothing. kindly note that if i don't receive the documents before Friday(28th of June 2019), cancel the policy and refund all the money that i paid for the dental policy as you failed to deliver.
