I have been on a campaign to get my name removed from the credit bureau. I refused to go anywhere, to print anything, to certify anything. They tried sulking, threatening to close the case, I insisted.

I must say, hellopeter was a critical part of this resolution. I was listed since 2016 and the matter was only investigated on Monday. Yesterday, they finalised their investigation.

What are the chances that they really investigated this matter? For 2 years, I couldn't open a business account because of these bullies.

Now, in the letter, they are apologising for any inconvenience they may have caused me? No mention of when I will be cleared (how long that process is - to remove my name from credit bureaus)

Here I am, demanding information regarding this whole saga. They have been a thorn in my behind, now is my turn.

They don't get to mess up my reputation, refuse to listen to reason until I sought help here on hellopeter. If this platform didn't exist, no matter how innocent I am, I may have not managed to clear my name so quickly.

I want answers. How do these entities destroy someone without due process? Why was someone given clothes for that huge amount, without due process? Why is it so easy to victimise people, knowingly? They can't pretend not to know Id's are ****** and used. This works for them for sure, they claim from insurances to boost their incomes. I demand re-dress, not this pathetic apology.
